| Birch Bay has 2 categories of cabins: Standard and Deluxe. For complete descriptions and layouts of each cabin, click on the cabin type. All cabins have full kitchens including all pots and pans, silverware, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, full size refrigerator, stove and oven.. Our cabins have 1-5 bedrooms, private bathrooms with shower or tub-shower, and living rooms with double or queen size sofa sleeper. All cabins are lakefront on Agate Lake and have Birch Bay Golf Course out the back door. Amenities included with all cabins include free use of boats, tennis, children's program, playground, game room and coin laundry. |

Cabin towels are exchanged on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Reservation and Payments: You will be responsible for the entire period you have reserved. Your deposit will be applied to the last day of your confirmed reservation. All rental is due upon check-in. All rates are subject to 6.5% MN sales tax. There is no lodging tax or service charge. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover for final payment. Cash and checks acepted with ID. Out of state checks also require a credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit- less a cancellation fee of 10% of your deposit (minimum charge of $30 per unit) - will be refunded if we receive your cancellation notice 30 days or more before your reservation date. For those cancelling less than 30 days in advance, no deposit will be refunded unless Birch Bay is filled for the entire period of the reservation.
Pets: No pets allowed. Call us for a list of area kennels.

Private cabins are cozy with gas fireplaces, color TV, full kitchens (S has mini kitchen) and towel service (towels changed alternate days). AA and G have dishwashers. AA and G have decks. AA and S have a 2-person jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. G has an outdoor hot tub. All cabins are NON-SMOKING. Cabins are not equipped with phones. G has a phone for local calls only.

Snowmobiling: Hundreds of trails from your door, including 27 miles of Pillsbury State Forest. Rentals are available nearby.
Cross Country Skiing: Ski on groomed trails, or start right from your door on beautiful golf course trails.
Down Hill Skiing: Ski Gull has 14 runs, rentals lessons, snowtubing, chalet, and is only 5 minutes away. Discount tickets are available for our guests.
Broomball: This fun, exciting sport can be played on snowpacked roads or lake. Equipment is available free to our guests.
Snowshoeing: There are many fun snowy trails right our your door.

Deposit: One night rental in advance
Security Deposit: A $100 per unit security deposit (cash or credit card) is required upon check-in. It will be returned in full if there are no damages to unit or grounds
